Witness died after surgery

Averdict of misadventure was recorded on a Jehovah's Witness who died after refusing a blood transfusion. St Pancras Coroner's Court was told that Suzanne Tesaga, 27, of Bethnal Green, east London, developed a haemorrhage after a hysterectomy operation at the Royal Free Hospital and died nine days later from kidney and heart failure.
