Te Rangimaria Ngarimu, 27, a student from New Zealand, was remanded in custody accused of murdering Graeme Woodhatch, 38, at the Royal Free Hospital, north-west London, in May 1992. Mr Woodhatch, a patient at the hospital, was shot dead as he made a telephone call.
