Three women were arrested after a pregnant woman lost her unborn baby after being stabbed in the stomach outside her home.

Nicola Smith, 23, from Rugby, Warwickshire, who was six months pregnant, also had her nose severed in the attack. Her boyfriend, Colin MacCauley, 31, suffered head injuries in the incident.
