Yorkshire Television admits mistake after one complaint

Just one complaint about a programme can make the broadcasters admit they were wrong. A woman who complained to the Broadcasting Standards Council about Visiting Hours, a Yorkshire Television film in which a psychopath was let out of hospital and menaced women, caused the company to admit that it had been in error.
