Two youths who helped to mutilate and then burn a cat were each sentenced to four months detention at a young offenders' institution. Caerphilly magistrates also ordered that Robert Chapman, 15, and Jonathan Passmore, 16, from Machen, Gwent, be placed under supervision for three months when their sentence ends.
