Van der Post dies, aged 90

Sir Laurens van der Post, the South African-born explorer conservationist, writer and spiritual guru to the Prince of Wales, has died. Sir Laurens' daughter, Lucia Crichton-Miller, said he died peacefully at his home in Chelsea on Sunday night, just two days after his 90th birthday.
