More than 200 people were reported missing and two dead after a fishing boat carrying an estimated 800 migrants sank off Tunisia in a storm.
Tunisia's TAP news agency said the fishing boat was believed to have set sail from Libya and was en route to Italy. The report said its passengers were from Africa and Asia. The boat stalled about 20 miles off the Kerkennah islands on Tuesday night in foul weather. About 570 passengers were rescued and transferred to the Choucha refugee camp near the Tunisia-Libya border.
