Clampdown on corruption
Developing countries will be held to account for the aid they receive, a minister said yesterday.
The development minister Stephen O'Brien said he had challenged the Kenyan government over the suspected embezzlement of more than £800,00 intended to support free primary education and had been told that those responsible would be prosecuted.
