Three armed men have been arrested on suspicion of plotting to overthrow the government.

Two Ivorians and one Ghanaian possessing AK-47 rifles were arrested in Cape Coast. Ivory Coast was on the brink of civil war after former president Laurent Gbagbo refused to concede defeat in a 2010 election.
