Pro-Gaddafi fighters hold on to two areas of Sirte

An anti-Gaddafi fighter is carried away after being hit in clashes in the town of Sirte. Despite being encirled, forces loyal to the ousted president continued to offer resistance in two remaining outposts in the city. Fighting has also flared in Tripoli for the first time in months, after pro-Gaddafi Libyans demonstrated against the new regime.
