BAGHDAD (Reuter) - The United Nations suspended aid operations to the Kurds in northern Iraq yesterday, saying it wanted Baghdad to ensure that no more bombs were planted on aid trucks. On three recent occasions trucks have been bombed or explosives have been found on them.
