Albania joins Nato Partnership
Albania became the 10th country to sign up to the Partnership for Peace initiative of military co-operation between Nato and the countries of the former Soviet bloc, AFP reports from Brussels. The Albanian President, Sali Berisha, said his country aimed for full membership of Nato.
