KUWAIT CITY (AP) - Opposition politicians welcomed the appointment of six of their number to the new 16-man Cabinet, but said too many key ministries remained in the hands of the ruling al-Sabah family. The opposition swept 35 of the parliament's 50 seats in elections on 5 October.
