13-year-old arrested for 'raping two children'

A 13-year-old was arrested for the alleged rape of two other children aged eight and five, it has been reported.

According to KATC, the Louisiana teenager – who was not identified by police due to his age – was charged with two counts of first-degree rape, one charge of sexual battery and another of aggravated battery.

The accused is alleged to have raped both children and forced the eight-year-old to perform sex acts on the younger child.

The eight-year-old was reportedly choked by the accused to force them to carry out the activities on the child aged five.

The age of criminal responsibility in the south-eastern state is 10.
