Gamer arrested 'after rape overheard on live Grand Theft Auto stream'
Daniel Enrique Fabian charged with lewd and lascivious battery

A man has been charged after he was allegedly heard raping a girl during a break from playing Grand Theft Auto.
Daniel Enrique Fabian, from Florida, was heard assaulting the 15-year-old at his New Port Richey home by at least one other player in June, police said.
The second player, who was not named, told police he heard a female in distress saying “no” after Mr Fabian left his Playstation 4 microphone on. Fifteen minutes later he was back playing, the witness said.
Mr Fabien, 18, allegedly told the gamer he was taking a break to have sex with the girl, who was at his house. The girl told officers she was held down and raped by the teenager.
A police report said a medical exam of the girl supported her claim and DNA tests identified Mr Fabien as a suspect.
Mr Fabian was charged on Wednesday with lewd and lascivious battery of a victim aged between of 12 and 15.
He was being held on a $30,000 (£23,000) bond at a Florida detention centre, local media reported.
