Thirteen people died in a high-speed accident in New York yesterday when the coach they were travelling in overturned on a highway and was sliced in half by a signpost.
Another eight people on board were critically injured. The bus, which was carrying tourists home from an outing to a casino in Connecticut, crashed in the Bronx early yesterday. Most of the passengers are believed to be residents of Manhattan's Chinatown.
