Adept at the political dance, Hillary Clinton showed some moves of her own as she took time out in Colombia. The US Secretary of State was unwinding at the Cafe Havana in Cartagena yesterday – a stark contrast to the formal talks at the 2012 Summit of the Americas Leaders with Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos Calderon and wife Maria Clemencia Rodriguez.
