Manning returns to the dock with claims of abuse

Bradley Manning, the US Army private charged with passing hundreds of thousands of classified documents to the WikiLeaks website, arrived for his pretrial hearing at Fort Meade, Maryland, today.

The six-day process will decide how his case progress. Manning is seeking dismissal of the case, claiming he was illegally punished in pre-trial detention, being locked up for at least 23 hours a day and forced to sleep naked.
