Sam the worried cat becomes an online hit

We've seen cats that look like Hitler and peered deep into the soul of Henri the existential cat, but now there's a new internet kitty sensation on the block.

Meet Sam, the worried cat. Sam has unusual markings on his head between his eyes and his ears that make him look like he has eyebrows, posed in a shocked expression.

His owners - who wish to remain anonymous - have started a website, an Instagram account, and a Twitter account for Sam, recording his adventures in an ever-confusing and baffling world. And for naysayers who think that his peculiar markings aren't real, his owners have posted photographs of the markings close-up.

Sam's escapades have entertained just under 24,500 Instagram users, and as of writing, Sam's twitter account has just over 800 followers.
