Teacher accidentally showing porn on projector leads to students being suspended

Two students were suspended for taking a picture when the x-rated image appeared on screen

Two students have been suspended for taking a picture of the moment a teacher accidentally showed a pornographic image on a projector to a classroom.

The teacher’s personal laptop was connected to the projector when an X-rated website snapshot showing a woman in a compromising position appeared on the screen during a biology class.

According to KCTV, one stunned student took a picture of the moment it was shown to a full classroom and sent it to her boyfriend, who in turn sent it to his friend.

Both the girl and boy were suspended the next day when the picture was uploaded on their friend’s private Facebook account, with as “inappropriate use of electronics.”

“I have no idea (what that's supposed to mean). I tried to run it through my mind and understand. She was on her own phone," the girl’s mother Laura Lester said.

“When she came home from school she was crying her eyes out, unable to speak about what had happened.”

The boy's mother, Karen Winkel added: "I believe my son got in trouble because the school was trying to hide something."

The teacher is currently on paid leave while the incident is investigated.
