Police are hunting a serial wedding crasher who has embarked on a theft spree across Texas.

The “elusive” woman poses as a guest before stealing wedding presents, according a Facebook post shared by the Comal County Sheriff’s Office.

“The wedding crasher has been frequenting wedding events not only in Comal County, but surrounding counties as well, preying on unsuspecting families and friends,” an anti-crime group wrote in the message.

Comal County Crime Stoppers asked the public for help identifying the woman, and offered a $4,000 (£3,300) cash reward.

“Let’s not let her ruin anyone else’s special day and bring this crasher to justice,” the non-profit group added in a post shared by the sheriff's office.
