The manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson's doctor resumes today with more questioning of the medic who gave permission for him to be pronounced dead at home.
Richelle Cooper, an emergency room doctor, told paramedics they could pronounce the pop superstar dead in his bedroom.
Dr Conrad Murray is accused of giving Jackson a lethal dose of the anaesthetic propofol and other sedatives at the singer's California home in 2009.
Murray's lawyers are presenting jurors with an alternate theory - that Jackson gave himself the lethal dose when Murray left the room.
The cardiologist has pleaded not guilty. Murray, 58, faces four years behind bars and the loss of his medical licence if convicted.
