Two people have been killed in a massive explosion at a fireworks warehouse that rocked an area west of Montreal, leaving a huge cloud of smoke visible for miles.
A series of explosions leapt from the charred building after the initial blast at B.E.M. Fireworks this morning, near Valleyfield, Quebec.
Images from the scene showed that a building near a main road had been destroyed. Police said two bodies were found but had not been identified.
