Florida's popular Universal Studios theme park is celebrating vast success for its new Harry Potter attraction since it opened a few months ago.

Attendance figures show that overall visitor numbers at Universal's parks have rocketed by a million people since the new addition opened, a far bigger leap than was expected. Analysts say Universal's success has brought it closer in revenue to its arch-rival Walt Disney World than it has been for decades.
