Cleveland reports at least 11 cases of coronavirus linked to presidential debate
City officials in Cleveland said Friday they have been notified of more than 10 Covid-19 cases “stemming from pre-debate planning and set up” before Tuesday night’s chaotic faceoff between Donald Trump and Joe Biden.
The officials said most of the cases hit out-of-state visitors and, so far, none of the debate-related cases include Cleveland residents.
Video from Tuesday afternoon shows the Trump team touring the venue site hours before the debate not wearing masks despite a state face-coverings order.
