Iben Hunter was arrested for aggravated assault after police saw a video of the attack online
Atlantic City Police have arrested a man after video emerged of him assaulting a homeless woman.
Footage shows Iben Hunter, 25, shouting at a woman sitting down in Brown's Park, Atlantic City, before knocking her unconscious.
As Hunter confronts the woman, he can be heard yelling "I ain’t gonna do what? I ain’t gonna grab you? I ain’t gonna do what?”
After someone off camera reports "she said you ain't gonna smack her dog," Hunter pulls back his right arm and hits the woman.
Police were notified of the incident when the 44-year-old female victim was admitted to an intensive care unit in critical condition.
A local newspaper reporter then alerted the authorities to a video of the assault that was being circulated on Facebook.
After a warrant was issued for Hunter's arrest, he was apprehended Monday morning.
