Following her unexpected performance at the Country Music Awards, Beyoncé will be making another surprise appearance this week, this time, she’ll be joining her husband Jay Z in Ohio to campaign for Hillary Clinton.

The pop megastar is expected to perform at a free concert at Cleveland State University on Friday in an effort to impress millennials and African-American voters, sources close to the event told CBS News. Beyoncé is apparently joining some of the biggest names in entertainment who support Ms Clinton including Katy Perry, John Legend, Jennifer Lopez, and Kim Kardashian.

The Democratic nominee will need a significant push in the swing state to defeat her Republican rival Donald Trump. According to FiveThirtyEight, Mr Trump has a 66.6% chance of winning the state.

Ms Clinton previously expressed how much she enjoys Beyoncé’s latest album, Lemonade, and earlier this year, the nation’s sitting president, Barack Obama, said that the superstar is the most powerful person in the world.
