Gunman seen shooting in Washington

A video shows a gunman jump out of a car in broad daylight before shooting two people in Washington, according to police.

The suspect is seen in the video wearing a black hooded jumper, and getting out of an SUV.

The shooting reportedly took place just before noon in the southeastern portion of the city.

The DC Metropolitan Police Department says that a man and woman who were standing near the intersection were the victims of the shooting.

As police search for their suspect, they have offered a $10,000 reward for information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of the gunman.

The victims were both rushed to a nearby hospital, and were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
