Amnesty International has called on Pakistan to end the human rights abuses which it says have plagued successive governments, writes Elizabeth Nash. 'Torture, including rape, in the custody of police, paramilitary and armed forces is endemic in Pakistan, often leading to death,' Amnesty says in a report out today.
