Pretoria - The presidents of Angola and Mozambique are due in South Africa tomorrow for talks aimed at ending Angola's devastating civil war, diplomatic sources said. The meeting follows a request by the UN mediator, Alouine Blondin Beye, for President Nelson Mandela to help settle the Angolan conflict. Reuter
