Lusaka - Angola's on-again, off-again summit to end 20 years of civil war appeared on again after diplomatic pressure convinced President Jose Eduardo dos Santos to end a brief boycott and agree to meet the Unita rebel leader, Jonas Savimbi, today for the first time since 1991.
