Israeli soldiers shot a 10-year-old Arab girl in the face by mistake during a car chase in Gaza, Reuter reports from Jerusalem. She was taken to a hospital in Israel. The incident followed reports that gunmen had seriously wounded three Israelis near Hebron in the West Bank.
