BUENOS AIRES (AFP) - Argentina says it does not have enough evidence to link seven Iranian diplomats with the bombing of a Jewish charity for the Supreme Court to take up the investigation.
Angel Aguero Iturbe, the Attorney-General, said that there was insufficient evidence to pursue the case. Ninety five people died and 250 were injured in the car bomb attack on 18 July in Buenos Aires. The community centre was destroyed.
