BOGOTA - The Colombian prosecutor-general's office said it had three suspects under arrest for the shooting of football player Andres Escobar, and insisted the killing was not premeditated. A spokeswoman said one of the suspects had already confessed to shooting Escobar outside a Medellin night club last Saturday. Reuter
