Arsonist in rage over Mandela policy

Pretoria - An arsonist unhappy with President Nelson Mandela's policies started a fire which gutted part of the Union Buildings, the government complex housing Mr Mandela's offices in Pretoria. A police spokesman said a note was found at the site of Sunday's blaze "expressing grievances against the way in which the [government] programme was being implemented." AFP
