The interim Kyrgyzstan government is offering rewards of up to £66,000 for the capture of a son and three brothers of the ousted president Kurmanbek Bakiyev.

Mr Bakiyev was formally charged in absentia a week ago for a massacre, and an extradition request has been prepared. Belarus took him in after he fled in the aftermath of a revolt last month in which 85 people died. Mr Bakiyev's younger son Maksim, 33, and three of his brothers are wanted for "grave crimes" along with Daniyar Usenov and Igor Chudinov, two former prime ministers under Mr Bakiyev, the Kyrgyz government said.
