Extremists shoot dead 13 Shia on bus
Suspected Sunni extremists shot dead 13 Shia Muslims after ordering them off a bus and lining them up yesterday in south-western Pakistan.
Sunni militants with links to al-Qa'ida and the Taliban have carried out scores of bombings and shootings across the country against minority Shia in recent years, with at least four major attacks since May.
The bus was carrying people to work at a vegetable market in Quetta, the capital of Baluchistan province.
