Pervez Musharraf, the former President, has been re-arrested following accusations that he was personally responsible for the deaths of more than 100 people after he ordered commandos to storm the Red Mosque in Islamabad following a stand-off with militants in 2007.
He had earlier been granted bail in three other cases, after months of house arrest, and his lawyer had said he was cleared to leave the country.
