In pictures: Thousands evacuated as worsening floods hit Malaysia

Floods in Malaysia are regular natural disasters, which happen nearly every year during the monsoon season. Severe flooding this year has left two people dead and two missing, while the number of evacuees, who sought refuge in evacuation centres in the east coast state of Pahang, has risen to over 30,000.
