Bucharest - Romanian police seized assets of the mastermind of a pyramid investment scheme in Transylvania after prosecutors ordered a criminal investigation into his operations. 'We will seize all assets discovered during investigations as belonging to the Caritas owner Ion Stoica,' said the police commander in the city of Cluj, where the scheme was based. Reuter
