Dozens of Cubans rushed inside the gates of the Belgian ambassador's residence in Havana on Saturday, demanding political asylum, Reuter reports from Havana.

Signalling that the 114 asylum-seekers will not be allowed to stay, the Belgian Foreign Minister, Willy Claes, said in Brussels he wanted guarantees from Cuba that the group would not be prosecuted.
