MOSCOW (Reuter) - Azeri forces claimed to have 'liberated' Artsvashen, a pocket of Armenian territory within western Azerbaijan, destroying Armenian tanks and equipment and inflicting heavy casualties. Armenian reports confirmed the loss of Artsvashen and said much of the country's eastern border was bombarded from Azeri territory over the weekend.
