A car bomb exploded in Baghdad yesterday, injuring two people near a branch office of the ruling Baath party, AP reports from Nicosia. The government blamed the bombing on 'certain agents who have sold their honour to foreigners,' according to an official contacted by telephone from Cyprus. The official did not identify the foreigners.
