Banker on hit-list
The Mexican billionaire banker Alfredo Harp Helu, kidnapped on Monday in Mexico City, was on a list of potential kidnapping victims linked to the Basque separatist group ETA discovered in Nicaragua last year, Reuter reports from Managua. The list came to light after the explosion of a secret arms depot in Managua.
