A US Baptist missionary in Papua New Guinea was jailed for eight months yesterday for smuggling firearms into the country, Reuter reports from Sydney.
Ron Conaway, 44, was arrested after he collected a parcel from the post office in the town of Mount Hagen which allegedly contained firearms and ammunition.
