The right-wing government of Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi won a confidence vote in Italy's lower house of parliament, overcoming its final hurdle on the road to full power. Members of the Chamber of Deputies voted by 366 to 245 to back the government, Reuter reports from Rome.
