French MPs passed a law banning pregnancies for menopausal women and regulating embryo implants and human egg and sperm donations, AFP reports from Paris. The laws limit medically assisted procreation to married couples or to a couple who have lived together for at least two years. Only women 'of child-bearing age' are allowed to receive embryo implants.
