Roman Catholic Bishop Felix Paul, 53, of the Seychelles, who has said he watches blue movies, resigned yesterday after Rome called on him to step down, Reuter reports from Victoria. 'I admit to being a curious man and some of the scenes were quite explicit,' the bishop had told a local magazine.
