Yaounde - President Paul Biya, 61, of Cameroon married Chantal Vigouroux, 24, in civil and church ceremonies yesterday, the state radio said. Like their traditional wedding in February, the nuptials were private and shrouded in official secrecy until the radio news bulletin was broadcast. Reuter
