A former Olivetti official yesterday gave himself up to police as Italy's computer giant was dragged deeper into a nationwide scandal of systematic kickbacks to political parties, AP reports from Milan.
Giovanni Cherubini former director of Olivetti's office in Rome was questioned by prosecutors in connection with kickbacks paid on public contracts for communications Milan court sources said.
